SHIPPING POLICY

We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and fast and reliable shipping. At Broken Brand Clothing, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100. We use reliable shipping methods to ensure that your items arrive on time and in perfect condition. Shipping costs for orders under $100 will be displayed at checkout. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Our goal is to ensure that you're happy with every purchase you make at Broken Brand Clothing.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you decide an item isn't the right fit for you, email info@brokenbrandclothing.com to process your request. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. The 14-day time frame starts when an item is delivered. If your order is arriving in multiple shipments, you may have different return windows.

 

When returning clothing items to Broken Brand, it is important to note that items must be returned in the condition that you received them. This means that items listed as "New with Tags" must have the original tags attached and clothing must not be worn or washed. Additionally, please be aware that the original shipping charge for returned items will not be refunded. It is also important to understand that final-sale items may not be returned. Thank you for your understanding and adherence to these guidelines.
